I am based in St Johns Wood, with clients locally and around central London including Marylebone, Maida Vale, Mayfair and Hampstead.
I mostly train clients at an exclusive personal training studio but also at their homes and places of work.
I love what I do – I love the process of training my clients hard, having fun, laughing and then training them harder. I love seeing my clients’ satisfied, exhausted, happy smiles at the end of their workouts. But most of all, I love sharing their elation when they reach their goals.
